Vercel is the intended hosting provider. Resend is the documented optional email-delivery adapter. Upstash Redis is the documented optional durable rate-limit service. The owner must confirm actual providers, locations, contracts, and subprocessors before launch.

The application does not intentionally log enquiry content. Email and provider records may retain it under configured account settings. The owner must set and publish actual retention and deletion practices. Information should not be sold or shared for unrelated advertising.

Applicable rights vary by jurisdiction. The owner must add a verified privacy contact, controller identity, address where required, complaint route, and a procedure for access, correction, deletion, objection, or other applicable requests.
